Cancellation Policy for SwapDigit IT Services

At SwapDigit IT Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality services in Web Design, Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Software Development, Search Engine Optimization, Digital Marketing, Hosting Services, API Development, Graphic Designing, and our Products. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and fair practices for both our clients and our team.

Client Responsibilities:

1. Payment Structure:

•  Payments for custom design projects and above services are made to SwapDigit IT Services in increments by the client and are non-refundable.

•  In the event of project cancellation or postponement, all charges paid are retained by SwapDigit IT Services. Additional fees may apply for work completed beyond the paid amount.

2. Chargebacks and Disputes:

•  If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by the client, services and/or projects will be suspended without notice.

•  A $50 chargeback fee, plus any outstanding balances resulting from the dispute, must be paid in full before service is restored or further work is undertaken.

3. Refund Policy:

•  A refund is not possible for work once assigned to SwapDigit IT Services, as projects involve efforts to achieve milestones and complete modules.

4. Work in Progress:

•  Upon client confirmation, SwapDigit IT Services initiates work promptly. If a client withdraws after confirmation, the amount paid is non-refundable. Cancellation by Client:

1. Dues Clearance:

•  The client is liable to clear all pending dues or payments for work completed by SwapDigit IT Services until the cancellation date.

2. Source Code and Agreements:

•  No source code will be delivered to the client; only third-party resources will be shared after full payment.

•  All signed agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and others will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation by SwapDigit IT Services:

Reasons for Cancellation:

•  SwapDigit IT Services reserves the right to cancel a project due to client misbehavior, abusive language, delayed responses, or any violation of agreed-upon terms.

•  Payments for completed work will not be refunded, and ownership of developed work remains with SwapDigit IT Services.

2. Project Hold:

•  Projects may be put on hold for a minimum of 15 days in case of client misconduct or delays in response and requirements.

3. Immediate Cancellation:

•  SwapDigit IT Services reserves the right to skip steps and immediately cancel or terminate a project in cases of severe misconduct.
